I know this is a bit after the fact (all of my blog posts are)...but I wanted to post the few pictures I took of our fun visit. My parents and Logan came for a 4-day visit at the end of July and we all had such a blast. We all went to a Padres game their first day in town, and even though my boys got their booties trashed (big surprise there), we still had so much fun. Darrin, my dad and the kids went to the beach and played baseball Thursday while the moms were at Comic-con. On Friday, we went to Disneyland/California Adventure to have a belated birthday/baptism celebration for Logan. We were there for over 12 hours and had a super great time, despite the heat (I can't speak for my Mom here, she might disagree). Logan hadn't been to Disneyland since he was 2, so it was basically his first time. He went on every roller coaster except the big one at CA adventure and he LOVED Space Mountain. It was a fun-filled visit and it just made me miss my Mommy and Daddy even more than I normally do. I only took my camera with me one day and didn't take that many pictures, I was too busy having a good time. But here's what I did take. Hopefully my mom will share the gazillion pictures she took....

Im so glad he had sooo much fun and was able to see you guys! Thanks so much for everything! He had a blast and needed to get away for sure!
You guys are lucky to have so many wondeful things for the kids to do. Do you mean to tell me that my sister went to Comic Con...no way in heck do I believe that !! Fibs. I still haven't listened to the music I said I would. Your kids are awesome, Logan looks so grown up now.
Ah, except for the sore feet (probably) it looks like a great adventure...for all of you.
Disneyland really was fun, in spite of the heat. And no, I didn't go to ComicCon. I stayed at Devyn's and took care of Jane. I would go to the ComicCon, though; but I'm not committed (crazy) enough to go at 4:30 a.m., and hanging with Jane is as much fun for me as ComicCon is for the kids.
So fun!! We bought the So Cal Select passes, so we'll have to go together sometime when I'm not blacked out.
I bet Logan and Connor were in heaven hanging out together. They look like they were having so much fun. Amusement parks are so draining but so fun!
